A big thank you to our collaborators at BCR who received (on 10th May) the French Section’s students of FABIZ from the 2nd year within the discipline Customer Relationship Management along with their Professor Violeta Mihaela Dinca. The students benefited from an interesting presentation about the ways / methods to attract clients and the evolution of cards as a tool to strengthen the interactions with clients.
