In the Business Ethics course, our partners from PENNY have addressed future entrepreneurs, providing information on how a business can be reinvented as a sustainable organization and how to maintain the balance between strategy, sustainability and finance:
- Identifying the links between the business model adopted by PENNY and social responsibility
- How the company evaluates the parameters of the organization related to sustainability
- What is the meaning of the terms CSR, ESG, and sustainability
- How do they use these concepts in the sustainable development strategy of the organization
- How the company develops a change plan toward a thriving organizational culture
- How the stakeholder’s needs are integrated into corporate governance structures
The presentation ended with relevant PENNY initiatives on sustainable development.
Cultivating a mindset to create lasting change can be adopted by anyone within an organization: “We believe in the entrepreneurs of tomorrow. The future is made today!”
