The primary objective of this course is to equip doctoral students with the necessary skills and knowledge to conduct high-quality academic research in the areas of leadership and business strategy. The course aims to provide a deep understanding of the theoretical frameworks, research methodologies, and academic writing strategies needed to produce scholarly work that contributes to the field. Specifically, the course focuses on developing students’ abilities to critically evaluate literature, design robust research projects, and present their findings effectively in peer-reviewed academic settings. Specific objectives of the course include:

  • Enable students to formulate meaningful research questions, design appropriate research methodologies, and analyse data in leadership and business strategy research.
